1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Haven Exteriors LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company operating in Chester County. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or otherwise interacting with Haven Exteriors LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Haven Exteriors LLC provides professional roofing, siding, and gutter installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability, a site inspection, and written approval.

Service locations are limited to Chester County and surrounding areas unless explicitly agreed upon.

3. Estimates and Contracts

Free estimates are provided as a good faith projection based on client-provided and/or on-site assessment information. Estimates are not binding until confirmed in a signed written contract.

Contract documents will define:

Scope of work

Payment terms

Warranty coverage

Timeframes and deadlines

Change order procedures

Any changes to the original scope must be authorized in writing by both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

A deposit (typically 30–50%) is due before work begins

Final balance is due upon substantial completion

Accepted forms of payment include check, major credit cards, and approved digital methods

Late payments are subject to interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum allowed by Pennsylvania law.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Projects may be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ written notice. If work or material acquisition has already begun, a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the contract total may apply.

If we are unable to perform work due to weather or other safety concerns, we will reschedule at the earliest available opportunity.

6. Warranties

We offer workmanship warranties on labor, and pass along manufacturer warranties on materials when available. Warranty durations and limitations are clearly defined in your service agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, neglect, or acts of God

Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties

Pre-existing structural or foundational issues

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven Exteriors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, logos, service descriptions, and related marketing materials are the exclusive property of Haven Exteriors LLC. Reuse or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Communications – SMS & A2P Compliance

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages regarding:

Appointment reminders

Project updates

Invoices and payment links

Special offers (if opted in)

We are fully A2P 10DLC-compliant and registered with U.S. mobile carriers for verified SMS communication.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” Standard message and data rates may apply. For support, reply “HELP” or contact us directly.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Chester County, PA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
